Unbinding the Master Hik-Connect Account

If you no longer want the master user to have access to the system, you will need to unbind the account. Please note, you do not need to do this if you have a new device, you simply log in using the same Hik-Connect login.

1. On your NVR, right click and select the System Menu (1.) at the top
2. Select (2.)Network, (3.)Advanced, (4.)Platform Access
3. On this screen, you will see an unbind button that you will need to click (Red Box)
4. On the new phone, you will need to click the plus icon and scan the QR code (Green Box) and enter your NVR password
